Why in news – Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar addressed the summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

• 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of ASEAN-India relations and is being celebrated as the ASEAN-India Friendship Year.

1. Saving Fuel Costs

Why in news – USD 4.2 billion has been saved by India in fuel costs through solar power generation in the first half of 2022.
